International Referral Program Terms
These terms govern the BloomLab International Referral Program for purchases made through official BloomLab Shopee stores.
Program Overview
- Referrer: An Indonesian BloomLab customer who refers an international buyer to the BloomLab International Referral Program.
- Referred Customer: An international buyer who is referred by a Referrer and purchases BloomLab products through an official BloomLab Shopee store in their country.
- Customer benefit: The referred international buyer receives a special discount on their qualifying first purchase of BloomLab products through an official BloomLab Shopee store in their country.
How It Works
- Referral method: After completing their qualifying first purchase, the referred customer takes a screenshot of the Shopee order and sends it to their Indonesian referrer. The referrer then sends the screenshot to our WhatsApp at 0812-55555-818 to claim the reward.
- Official stores only: The qualifying purchase must be made through an official BloomLab Shopee store.
- Program instructions: BloomLab may specify additional steps in official campaign materials without creating any separate entitlement unless those steps are completed.
Referrer Reward & Quantity Limits
The referrer receives the same products, in the same quantities, that the referred customer bought in the qualifying first purchase (for example: the referred customer buys 3 GutReset, the referrer receives 3 GutReset free), subject to the quantity limits below.
The reward is limited to a maximum of 3 units per single-item product and 1 unit per bundled item, based on the referred customer's qualifying first purchase.
If the qualifying order exceeds these limits (for example: the referred customer buys 5 GutReset), the reward contains the same products with quantities reduced to those limits (in that example: 3 GutReset).
One Referrer Per Customer
- Each referred customer can be linked to exactly one referrer. The first valid referral counts and cannot be transferred or changed afterwards.
First Purchase Only
- Only the referred customer's first purchase through an official BloomLab Shopee store qualifies for the discount and the referrer reward. Later purchases by the same customer do not earn any further reward.
- Purpose: This rule helps prevent repeated reward claims on later purchases by the same customer and keeps the program limited to qualifying first purchases by referred customers.
Verification & Anti-Abuse
- Order verification: BloomLab may verify referral details, marketplace order status, customer identity, and purchase eligibility before approving any reward.
- Fulfillment timing: BloomLab may delay reward fulfillment until the referred customer's order is completed and has passed the marketplace return window.
- Abuse controls: BloomLab may refuse or cancel rewards for suspected fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, bulk-buying for resale, or any attempt to game the program.
Program Changes
- BloomLab may modify, suspend, or end the program at any time.
General Provisions
- No cash exchange: Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
- Final decision: BloomLab's decision is final in all matters relating to eligibility, discount qualification, reward approval, and reward fulfillment.
- Other terms: These referral program terms should be read together with the site's general Terms & Conditions and any applicable official campaign materials.
